in commenting the wordle above(squeal in delight because I really love it!)..here is some comments from me:
A piece of mind towards the professional ethics...well, it speaks most of what I interpret and believe in..What you should put a highlight here is the RESPECT and ALWAYS..

A respect is earned, not asked. It's critical for us to know that the honor of being respective mostly come from our moral and professional ethics.
