Testing our creativity and skills on Excel Worksheet

Hi there,
It's me again.
So, today, I have something new to share with all of you. In the previous class, I learnt about Excel and it was about making English worksheet. I had quite a hard time to be creative with my electronic worksheet. I have no problem in preparing and selecting the content. My biggest challenge is to 'decorate' my worksheet to make it look colorful, fun and enjoyable. I hope this is acceptable. I learn a lot about Excel and getting better at it now. Thank you for this wonderful lesson. I hope many would enjoy my worksheet.

Good night bloggers

I voiced my worry of not being able to make a screen shot of my Excel work. Well, that problem is finally solved, thanks to 21 Anis Hafizah for her great advice. Her thorough explanation would be very helpful not only for me, but also for other technology novice learners. So, this is the preview of my work. Enjoy it~

    1. Hey babe :p
I think there's many ways, but i can only share two of them since i only know two ways..one of them is to actually use the Print-screen button on your keyboard, and the other one is to use any picture editing software, like what i'm using is called PhotoScape. (but for this one, you will need to download it first, u can go ahead n do so if u want to, it's free n available online anyway). But i think it's easier to use the print screen button instead.

      (i) To print-screen, make sure the active window that u want to print screen is at the most front part on your screen. Then find the print screen key on your keyboard, which should be spelled as [PrtSc] (it should be somewhere on the top rows of your laptop's keyboard). Found it? then press it. Once is enough. if u want to press more, go ahead, whatever that makes u happy XD lol. Then go to the 'Paint' program and click on 'Paste'. The screen shot u have just captured should appear on the blank sheet in 'Paint'. Here u can either edit/crop it as u like/necessary, then click on 'Save' to save the shot in your folder. Refer to this link if u are not clear with what i wrote here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Take-a-screen-capture-print-your-screen [Note: this works on my laptop and i'm using W7, so if it doesn't work, it may be because of different operating system or keyboard function.]

(ii) For PhotoScape, if u have one installed on your PC, it's pretty easy. Just open the software, from the main menu (it's in the form of a circle), choose 'Screen Capture' and simply click on one of the choices provided; whether u want to capture the full screen, or just windows etc. Then it should appear on the edit tab of the software and then u can crop/edit, and then save it.

Now u can share the screen shot after u saved it. Give it a try and edit it in this post. Hope this info helps :D

  2. Whoa, thanks 21~!
    dat is very insightful.
as u see myposts, i tried print screen once & it worked out. Maybe for excel, i will follow your second instruction. I already hv photoscpe installed, it sounds easier than doing screen capture using paint.
thanks darling for ur big help.. =D

    1. oh, u already have PhotoScape? great, yep, to me it's easier with PhotoScape too, but both ways are equally easy actually >.< glad it worked out fine :) no problem, i'll help as much as i know :D

  3. It looks nice. Nevertheless, the background picture is overwhelming and distract students from the main focus which is the exercise. The questions are way too small.
